As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you are part of our Talent Acquisition Squad and enable DigitalService to hire the right people on time. You provide an outstanding hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers and interviewers alike. More about the role:
You take responsibility for the entire operational end-to-end recruiting process including requirement analysis, candidate attraction, selection and making offers.
You attract and source the right talents, ensuring we have a sufficient number of suitable candidates in the pipeline to make a great hire.
You act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders by informing, advising and supporting them.
You guide candidates through a structured, thoughtful process and keep them well-informed at all times.
You are convinced that inclusive, diverse teams unified by a sense of belonging achieve better outcomes, and you advocate this throughout the whole hiring process.
You set up an Employer Branding Strategy to create awareness about DigitalService as an attractive employer, its mission, vision, and values by showcasing our work environment in an authentic way throughout the candidate journey to attract great and diverse talents.
Besides working hands-on on an operational level, you zoom out and take a strategic view to further align, scale and professionalize our hiring processes.
You will act as a coach, mentor, and sparring partner to the two Talent Acquisition team members that will report into your role, and support their development. You will report into our Head of People.

About us
As a federally owned limited liability company (GmbH), DigitalService is a 100% subsidiary of the federal government and works directly with federal ministries and federal agencies. We do not work for profit, but for the good cause: for a digital Germany.
