Your mission
As a Software Engineer you will develop and operate software in one of our projects.
More about the role:
- You develop, build and operate software products.
- You deliver high quality software by paying strong attention to API design, automated tests, scalability, resilience, data security and data protection.
- You work closely with a team of Engineers, Product Managers and Designers to define the roadmap and take responsibility for achieving them.

About us
As a federally owned limited liability company (GmbH), DigitalService is a 100% subsidiary of the federal government and works directly with federal ministries and federal agencies. We do not work for profit, but for the good cause: for a digital Germany.
We develop digital products that facilitate interaction between citizens and the administration and promote trust. To do this, we bring together interdisciplinary teams from software development, design and product management with the federal administration.
