Your mission
As an Accountant you will be part of the Finance & Procurement Team and will work closely with our Financial Accountant on internal and external bookkeeping. You are crucial to keep our accounting processes clean, efficient and diligent. You are happy to support our growing company with your knowledge.
More about the role:
You support all accounting processes, including general and sub-ledger accounting, the creation and posting of accruals and deferrals, and asset accounting.
You take care of daily bank postings.
You prepare statistics and evaluations together with the team.
You take care of the preparatory accounting in coordination with our Procurement Manager.
You independently process incoming invoices in the invoice management tool (release tool - we use Candis).
You enter the debit-side invoices in DATEV Unternehmen Online.
You support with the processing of cost centers/ cost units and cost center accounting.
You help with the monthly business evaluations in the form of P&L and balance sheet.
You take care of the filing of the (few) paper invoices and correspondences.
You assist with the preparation and auditing of the annual financial statements (large corporation) as well as the monthly advance sales tax returns.
